Joe Moore will plug the meters in two lakefront public parking lots at an annual cost of $89,000 in aldermanic menu money over the next three years in a compromise reached with the Chicago Park District on Wednesday, allowing residents to continue parking overnight at Loyola Park and Leone Beach at no cost.
