The question should be, "What's in it for us?". Our poor neighborhood (Rogers Park) is plagued with skepticism and empathy! Too many residents of this neighborhood suck the system dry, no wonder the city is broke! If you see someone walking up the street, bottle in hand, tossing trash on the ground, call 911 and quit feeling sorry for them. The Olympics would be great thing for Chicago and the citizens who live their lives supported by others hard work are going to do the same whether the games come here or not.
